Am I Eligible?

The Community of Mine Study has now ended. Please check back for updates on the results of this study.

You, or someone in your household, may be eligible to participate in the Community of Mine study project if you can answer “Yes” to ALL of the following questions:

• Is your address eligible? Search to see if you are eligible.
• Are you between the ages of 35–80 years old?
• Have you lived at your current residence for at least one year?
• Are you able to walk without someone helping you (canes and walkers are okay!)?
• Are you comfortable reading and writing in English or Spanish?
• Do you leave your home at least 3 or more times per week?
